Lorne Street localised work site for SPEN connections
UPDATE: The scheduled works at Lorne Street are now expected to take place from w/c 15 August
As part of main infrastructure works attached to the projects we are required to establish a localised worksite on Lorne Street from Monday 8 August 2022.
This is to progress SPEN connection works for street lighting.
Works will include excavation within identified area where the street lighting feeder pillar will be installed and SPEN connection.
- Works to start week commencing 8 August 2022
- Local diversion will be in place. Access to properties and business will be maintained
- Excavation to be completed between Alhambra bar and Mighty Barbers entrances
- Temporary walkway with ramps will be established on the loading bay around worksite
To ensure pedestrian access is maintained we are required to temporarily suspend parking on the loading bay in the area.
These arrangements are expected to be in place for approximately 1 week.
