- Beetroots Collective CIC: A full award of £4,875.00 to support art workshops for new Scots on the theme of Scottish folklore
- Pregnancy & Parents Centre: A partial award of £2,600 to install buggy storage and second-hand prams
- Preston Street Primary School Parent Council: A partial award of £1,540 to purchase materials and equipment for community events
- Cameron House Community Education Centre Management Committee: A full award of £5,000 to support summer programme of activities
- Community Church 天美传媒: A full Award of £2,879.00 to deliver a suicide prevention course
- Canongate Youth: A full Award of £3,056.00 to support summer programme for children and young people
- Southside Community Centre Association SCIO: A partial Award of £3,083 to support a women's group and summer camp programme for children and young people
- Bridgend Farmhouse: A partial Award of £1,210 to support cost-of-living advice sessions and weekly free healthy meals for families.
How we assess applications
We check each CGF application for eligibility and will get back to you if any information is missing or unclear.
Local funding panels meet to consider all eligible applications. The panels typically consist of ward councillors, community councillors and representatives from local community organisations. They look for evidence of how the project will benefit the local community, as well as accurate costings.
They may recommend to:

fully fund the project

offer partial funding (provided the project can still be delivered)

decline to recommend an award.
Occasionally the panel will defer an application to gather further information. Recommendations from panels are then considered by the Head of Service for Community Empowerment and Engagement. If your request for funding is approved, you will be sent the formal funding agreement papers to complete. The whole process from applying to being paid a grant usually takes around 3-4 months, but sometimes it can be longer.
