This mindfulness group is an opportunity for parents with children under five in the Leith area to explore different mindfulness techniques and exercises. Dr Bells Mindfulness Dips
These mindfulness dips aim to support parents' and carers’ mental health and well-being through cold water swimming (no previous swimming experience needed). The group allows parents to have time to themselves and gain support from their peers and Dr Bell staff. Informal chats take place around a fire afterwards with a cuppa. Please bring a swimming costume, all other equipment is provided. Sessions take place on Thursdays at 9.30am at Wardie Bay, Newhaven. Seen and Heard
Seen and Heard is a cross-art form project for adults delivered by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra in partnership with Craigmillar Now, led by SCO associate composer Jay Capperauld, and visual artist Karolina Glusiec.
