We published developer contributions and infrastructure delivery supplementary guidance in August 2018.
On 17 January 2020 the Scottish Government instructed us not to adopt.
The Council also provides a regularly updated which is used when the Local Development Plan requires the use of a legal agreement to grant planning permission.
