Planning guidance that articulates a new vision and will shape the future development of West ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ as required by Place Policy 16 in City Plan 2030. The West ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Placemaking Framework will replace the West ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Strategic Design Framework (13 May 2010) and the West ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Landscape Framework (November 2011).
