The Pay Policy applies to all existing and former Council colleagues and sets out the processes and controls to ensure employees receive correct pay at the right time. It standardises the processes that will be followed to ensure consistent and robust management of all pay related matters, for both existing and former employees. This includes the resolution of overpayments and underpayments where they do occur.
