New homes for Greendykes
Part of the wider regeneration of the area, two affordable projects have been completed to date with a total of 135 new homes. These are complemented by homes for sale at the southern part of Greendykes Road.
A mix of modern houses and flats designed to be energy efficient and affordable to heat using energy generated onsite.
Work began on phase C in April 2013 and was completed in July 2014.
Work began on Phase G in December 2018 and was completed in mid 2019.
