New homes for Pennywell and Muirhouse

In 2014 the Council entered into a contract with Urban Union to deliver over 700 new mixed tenure homes at Pennywell. The homes are spread across a number of sites throughout Pennywell and Muirhouse, grouped into four phases. The goal is to create a mixed and sustainable community with a good range of housing options and amenities close to hand.

Around half are affordable with the remainder for sale.

The affordable homes are let either directly through the Council’s Edindex choice based letting system or advertised through Rightmove.
